I found this to be a handy little tweak in FF:

Open up a tab and type in about:config as the url and hit enter.
in the filter box, filter on network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris
double click the entry and enter in the urls of the sites you want to trust.
It’s a comma delimited string, so you can add more than one site in.
